Nursery and Kindergarten Programs: Etoile Royale Nursery and Kindergarten Schools are registered with and certified by the Department of Social Welfare of the Ministry of Manpower, Youth & Employment to operate as a licensed educational service provider at the pre-school level.
Primary Education Program: Etoile Royale Grade School is also registered with the Ghana Education Service to provide educational services at the basic education level i.e. Grades 1 through Junior High School.
Junior High School Program: Although Etoile Royale will be running its sixth Grade program from September 2009, management has already initiated action to secure recognition and registration with the West Africa Examination Council, (WAEC) as an accredited institution that can prepare and present candidates for the Basic Education Certificate of Examination (BECE) come May/June 2013.

- Management is also exploring other opportunities with schools in Kenya and Burkina Faso for visit and exchange programs
- Etoile Royale is also interested in partnering with credible institutions for Volunteer Teacher Programs. Volunteer teachers are particularly needed for the following subject areas:
- Music, especially ability to teach script music on electric organ, guitars, flute and piano
- Information Technology, especially with emphasis on computer and internet literacy.
- French and English language teaching
