About Us

Etoile Royale Educational Services Foundation is registered as a company limited by guarantee under the Companies Code of Ghana, Act 179 of 1963. All initiatives of the Foundation, including the establishment and management of the Etoile Royale Educational Services Center, are carried out under this tutelage.

Étoile Royale Educational Service Center is a private educational establishment that supports the total education of tomorrow’s human capital through the promotion of healthy physical, emotional, moral, and intellectual development of the children it serves. It is an initiative of Etoile Royale Educational Services Foundation.

Founders

Dr. Hippolyt and Mrs. Florence Pul have dedicated their lives to the education and development of young minds. Their vision for Étoile Royale Educational Center is to create a nurturing environment where learners can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. With a strong commitment to excellence, they have built a school that fosters a love for learning and prepares learners for a successful future.

Nursery and Kindergarten Programs

Etoile Royale Nursery and Kindergarten Schools are registered with and certified by the Department of Social Welfare of the Ministry of Manpower, Youth & Employment to operate as a licensed educational service provider at the pre-school level.
